3D Modeler

Alejandro Luis Ruata

My name is Alejandro Ruata. I have been studying 3D Art since late 2012, when I started my higher education journey at Bunker Hill Community College. I graduated there with my Associates Degree in May of 2015 and started at Becker College January of 2016, graduating there with my Bachelor's August of 2019.

I would eventually return to Becker as a student seeking his Masters August of 2020. Following Becker's closure in May of the following year I transferred to Clark University to finish my final year, graduating May of 2022.

Since 2012 I have been exposed to and practiced 3D Art in Autodesk programs Maya & Mudbox. I am also competent in Adobe Substance Programs Painter & Designer. I've additionally worked multiple times within Unity and Houdini during my time at Clark University.

To ensure I can keep working post-graduation, I've taken to learning Blender and attempting to reach the same level of comfort within it as I have achieved with Maya. Finally, one of my favorite hobbies is video editing; therefore I am quite comfortable with Adobe Premiere.

I currently volunteer at Steep Curve Studios as a designer and producer on 2, free-to-play indie projects releasing later this year "Don't Get Blacklisted" & "Memorial Tomb."
